The Gaia Perception

Perception can be thought of as a macro technique which allows your mind to control your body. For example your Fight or Flight response.

Gaia is the living universe, the collective sum of all living things,molecules, particles, energy.

The basic idea of the Gaia Perception is adopting the perception of  every living thing being part of a whole (Gaia), you are therefore also part of that whole. 

The fundamental energy that makes up every part of your body will always exist in one form or another, it will be part of Gaia forever.

Gaia is not a person or a thought or an idea, it is everything. It exists and evolves and you and every living particle are part of it.

Gaia has no needs, wants or desires, it just is.

Some people think of Gaia as another name for God.

A Gaia Perception Exercise

Sit in a quiet and safe space, perhaps in nature.

Know everything is as it should be.

Let go of your body tension.

Let go of your need to control everything or be right.

Know everything will work out for the best.

Know you can be kind, compassionate and loving.

Know that Gaia is love and loves you.

Feel the love of Gaia all around you.

Share the love of Gaia.

Know you are making the right choices with Gaia.

Your body belongs to Gaia.

Live your life with Gaia.

Trust outcomes of choices to Gaia.

Have faith in Gaia.

Feel the love and warmth and protection of Gaia.

Feel your connection to ALL of Gaia.

Know you are connected and part of Gaia.

Know it is right.

Love being connected to o Gaia.

You don’t need anything because you are everything.

You have everything you need because you are part of everything.

You don’t want anything because you already have everything.

Remove your need to judge others.

Connect with Gaia.

Accept Gaia.

Trust Gaia.

Give yourself to Gaia.

Be Gaia.
