Teaching & Reiki Attunements

Reiki is a wonderful thing, it is after all you and you are wonderful, whether your realise it or not. 

Reiki is simply the name for what makes you alive. Following your Reiki journey is to connect with your fundamental self to learn and grow.

While a reiki session aims to center your energy and return you to a state of homeosis, your reiki journey is about delving deeper into your connection with yourself, learning to connect with, read and control your reiki energy.

During a reiki course you will learn about the history of Reiki, techniques for self healing, etc. 

Although reiki can be learnt quite quickly over a couple of days per level, it is a practice that you adopt that can require years to perfect. We are all learning all the time to grow and improve as ourselves. 

There are 3 levels of Reiki training/Attunement:-

1. Beginner

2. Practitioner

3. Master/Teacher

In an ideal world, you would practice each level for a year or more before proceeding to the following level. As a teacher i will support you throughout your journey. Passing on the gift of healing, learning and encouraging the evolution of spirit.

My teaching sessions are 1:1 or 1:2 by preference and you will be offered to join small reiki share groups (3-8) for the benefit of gaining practical hands on experience. I prefer to offer teaching as a series of 2 hour sessions, providing course work with home work to learn and practice. This way your learning can be adjusted to your own ability to learn and removing any pressure. Lessons can be arranged around your availability. You will be provided with a learning manual and a Certificate upon completion of each course.

My Reiki One Course is a set of Five 2 hour sessions at £40 per session. Additional sessions can be added if required. There is a non refundable £20 booking/coursework fee for each level. Courses can be tailored to your needs.

Details about Level Two and Three courses will be provided upon request. I am also happy to teach other holistic and energy healing techniques on request.
